Jacintha Fagan was crowned Miss Dominica 2011 on March 4 2011. Jacintha is 23 year old and will represent her country in Miss Caribbean World 2011 pageant to be held on May 21. The 1st Runner was Earlene Labassiere; the 2nd Runner was Roselia Bazil.
